There is a £10 booking fee and for missed appointments addition £10 fine. The booking fee is returnable at the end of your time with us, as long as you have kept your appointments. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy; please let us know in advance to re schedule your appointment if necessary.

Car Park Facilities:
Please note Hotel car park facility is subject to availability, if Holiday Inn has no parking available then there is a NCP next to our Hotel, unfortunately parking at the NCP will be at Client’s expense. Please allow extra timing for parking safely without an obstruction to the Hotel facilities. Penalties will be issued for any negligence caused by clients.
